CANCELLATION POLICY:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment or a 50% fee will be charged. No-show appointments are charged at the full price of the treatment booked. No-show gift voucher appointments will result in the voucher being void.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from date of purchase and are not transferrable/refundable for money. Vouchers are only redeemable on services.
